I don't consider not modifying a theme that wasn't custom designed for a customer poor customer service, unless they indicated that that was something they do. To expect that for free would be like expecting Microsoft to make a major change in WIndows and give it away for free.
While going the extra mile for a customer is excellent customer service, not doing something you never claimed to do isn't bad customer service. -

If I'm going to pay someone to do a theme for me, I want something outside the box. Webvida's themes are outside the box of typical nuke style themes. Yours do make use of the unlimited block positions to go a bit off the typical path, and they look good, but they still look nukeish to me. -

My customers mostly fall into two catagories (1) Gamers, and thus I have a fair number of gaming themes; and (2) people starting web businesses. The clean crisp lines of my themes appeal to them. But cluttered does appeal to some folks surely ...
