I am missing the option in Admin>Settings> to turn the WYSIWYG editor on or off with the radio selection button. The whole thing is not there. No text and no selection button? Everything else in the SETTINGS module seem to be in order and work correctly.
How can I recover the option to turn the WYSIWYG editor off and on? What did I do to make it go away in the first place?
Thank you,
Joe -

Did you install the typetool visual editor module? If so that is turned off and on via its own administrative infterface.

No I didn't install typetool. I installed pnRender and Pagesetter when I noticed it was missing. -

Same thing happened to me, but I think the solution lies in the user that can break anything. Or programmers that can't hold everything into account.
I think it works like this:
pnRender is needed to have Pagesetter running.
PN Render is needed for Xanthia
Xanthia is in .750
.750 uses the typetool module
I think that installing pnRender removes the radiobutton, even though it does not install the typetool.
Solution: Install the typetool module.

Marie,
Please use the search function.... It took me 30 seconds to put typetool into the search module at mods.postnuke.com and find this article.
