Possible, but not a simple process, I looked at the theme, and there are a number of things that need to be done to make it work at 100%.

Where DO you change theme width? I have one that I found that I love. But its fixed width and that just isn't going to work for my site. Below should take you to the theme. Can someone give me an idea where/how I go about changing the width?

First look at the source, and find out what size it is set to. Then search in the Theme files and replace all of those settings with 100%. Of course this does not always work, and some thems will end up horrible when converted to 100% width.

Just convert it to an AutoTheme with the auto convert function - then it will be much easier to change the width.
