OK, open question to anyone---
How do I keep the blocks on the right side to show all the time?
for example when I change to another module per say "guestbook", I would like that the right side blocks stay as on index--
Is this theme based issue?

You could do this with an Xanthia theme (by default all blocks show on all pages).
or, set
$index = 1;
in all the modules in your /modules directory

what files in the modules directory. i searched a number of the files in my modules directories and couldn't find this parameter
