I've heard of it and even saw a download of it somewhere, and I was stupid enough to pass it by.
The module I'm looking for allows you to track all the modules you install. As I recall, you created an "hl" file which contained the appropriate information and somehow added it to the tracker module.
Anyone know what I'm talking about and/or where I might find this?
