  does anybody know where I could download this module ??

  I also put up a copy (but a slightly modified one):
  
  http://tecfaseed.unige.ch/door/ (go to download and search for "jokes")
  
  Modifications:
  - a short pndocs/readme.txt file (with install infos)
  - french language files (but quickly done and therefore bad)
  - pninit.php will produce french categories (the orginal can be restored)
  - made the archive directory name caseSensitive
  
  Note:
  - This module does not allow to edit jokes (only at initial reviewing).
  - Otherwise it seems to work fine.
