  How I call mtrad stats module with a direct link for users, without having to generate and log in to admin area?

  As it says in step 9 of the Installation Instructions in the README.html that is included in the statistics distribution:
  
  Add statistics to Main Menu: Use {statistics} as the URL for this module in menu blocks. (The statistics module is a pnAPI-compliant module, so it uses { } instead of the [ ] that old-style module calls use.)
  
  There is also a section, "Direct links to statistics menus and reports", further down in README.html that also lists how to link directly to memorized reports and other statistics module components.
  
  If these don't make sense to you, let me know so that I can improve the README.html for future users.
