  I added my own personal footer message in SETTINGS Administration using the REDRUM theme but it always defaults to this footer message.

  Is there a way to replace that footer with my own?

  Edit theme.html and theme2.html.
  Remove the hard coded text and the put in the where you want it to display.
  
  If you do remove my copyright then please add my site to your web links database.
