  I have activated the multiblock on my site as I wanted to have the scrolling activity box on the main page (yes i have 1.2 with it in) but when i went to the front page of the site to see what it looked like i found that no matter what settings I change it only shows a squashed up box without any content.

  Sounds like a theme issue. What theme are you using? Is it hapenning with all themes?

  I've got AutoTheme running with my own graphics added in. It shows all the graphics for the block fine but appears as though it is empty and there is no data to appear inside and stretch it out to the 200 (height) specified in the settings.

  Check the database to make sure all vars for multiblock have been saved properly. In nuke_blocks

  I don't see any forums or posts in PNphpBB2 at your site as an anon user. Have you made any forums and posts in it or do you have everthing set to not be viewable by anon users?
  BTW the current version of the module is 1.2e which includes some important security updates among other things.

  That's cause we had a problem with abusers on the site and its now members only. People have to sign up so I can put them into a certain group to be able to view the forums and chatrooms.
  
  There are quite a few posts on the forum so far. Its only the multiblock thing thats not working

  Ahh found the block in database.....what should it say?? I'm not sure what should show for multiblock in it

  Thanks for the help guys but sorted.....was my own stupid error.
  
  I had been through the settings over and over and assumed the text in bold were headings for each part......but i just spotted a tick box next to the one saying displaying topics in box.
  
  Told you i wasn't techy......and apparently not to smart either! lol
