How do i put pictures and flash stuff on the site?And how do i get the little images when i post messages on the front page of the site?

Some help would greatly be appreciated.I need to make the site look a little more attractive.I have a flash clip that i want to put at the top but i don't know how.Heres my website:

Try dl'ing this http://www.webdesignhq.com/templates/ and looking at that code. If you are using AutoTheme, it's pretty easy - just insert it into the theme.html with the right path.
