Forms Express Does Not Initialise!! Please Help!

With postnuke 7.26.1 when I try to initialize FormsExpress it acts like it is going to initialize but just goes to a Blank Page and never initializes. Has anyone ever run across this? I really need to get this module up and running. Thanks. -

remove module and try to initialize again, if not, move it to another directory and try again. If that dosent work, remove all modules and blocks for fourm express and then delete the directory and upload it again, it should work :)
