Great suggestions Michael, most of those make good sense to me. The module is still under active development, but even though we don't have all the features we want, we feel that it is ready for use. If we waited until the module was "done" it would never go to market. :)
However, the bugs you described will be recieving our attention immediately. Thanks for pointing them out.
Another really cool feature we want is the ability for users to describe the kind of house they want via some kind of search interface. Then using hooks or an admin function you can send out updates whenever new listings are added that match the users criteria automatically. Fonville Morsey does this on their site and I think its great. I'd also like to hack PostCalendar (a stable version, lol) so that it can be used by visitors to request appointments to see certain listings.
So you can see, there is lots of potential. The module already does some very cool things (the links feature is a personal favorite of mine). This version will be priced accordingly, and an upgrade path will be built so that it is easy to go up to new versions in the future. New versions will of course also be discounted for existing customers.
If you guys have any other feedback for me, I'm very interested to hear it.

leason,
i am very excited about your work done thus far.
questions:
1. will this module be made available under GPL?
2. it would be cool to have the ability to setup automatic population of the listings via MLS service (listings) via CRON to the database. what do u think?
i would like to demo this module further.
regards
supa

At this point I'm undecided as to whether or not I'm going to release the module or not. I have several local real estate groups that want to pay lots of money for me to set this up for them and its looking like a viable business option so I have to give that some thought. We have added even more features and stabalized the system more since my last post here so its getting better and better.
As for MLS, I have talked to several groups about that and there are some heavy restrictions by the people who actually own the MLS. That is why most independent real estate agent sites frame the MLS search pages. I think I will incorporate PostWrap type functionality in some form or another. The package is getting sold as a whole with an entire PostNuke install and custom theme and hosting and everything, so they are paying for the service and not the software in order to stay GPL friendly. It woudl be hard to make the kind of profit we are looking at now by distributing the module... -

It will obviously be GPL, but that does not mean it won't cost anything, lol. We have a great deal of development time in this module now and its becoming more and more refined all the time. I think that we'll start the "shrink wrapping" soon. At this point the module can really be used to sell just about anything. With very minor tweaking of the output you could sell cars or just about anything you want. I'll try to do a better job of keeping you guys up to speed.
