i recently got my site set up and wanted to add a NS-UserPoints block to the main menu. i did all the instructed directions and it loaded the module fine. now when i go to add the block it says "Block load failed", and does not allow any futher progression. i have tried this before and gotten a "Block load failed" error and ended up having to re-setup the entire site from scratch. as this takes about 4-5 hours total to complete, even with the database back up. im wondering if there is an easier way to do this.

maybe someone can help me out with this, i have completely removed the NS-UserPoints block and cannot get the "Bloack load failed" to go away at this point.
