Hello,
I use postguestbook and although unregistered are only allowed to view the guestbook, they can sign it.
My permissions look like this:
1 Admins .* .* Admin
2 All Groups Menublock:: Hauptmenü:Administration: None
3 Users .* .* Comment
4 Unregistered Menublock:: Hauptmenü:(Einstellungen|Abmeldung|Beiträge einreichen): None
5 Unregistered postguestbook:: .* Read
6 Unregistered .* .* Read
I have set postnuke to use the permission system.
Can anybody help me?
Thank you in advance!

Check you have the right component for postguestbook by clicking the component header of the permissions table.

Thank you for your quick reply!
I think you are right. Postguestbook doesn' t seem to support that permission level.
I deleted postguestbook and installed guestbook by thomas smiatek. CWguestbook is also capable to let anonymous read, but not sign the book.
I wanted to use postguestbook because of the search integration, but that is not as important as the permission setup.
