Blocks in rightblock.html

I added some HTML to the rightblock.html and I want to add different blocks such as the polls or lastest news and imemebersonline in different spots on the rightblock.html. Im not sure what to put in between [ ] inside the comment to have it operate or load properly. It'll look like...... block w/ HTML then block w/ polls then block w/ HTML. If someone can help me, thanks.
