  I am looking for a site with good support that won't cost more than $10-15/month.
  
  Requirements:
  

  • 1 GB+ monthly bandwidth
    
  • 5+ email accts
    
  • Gallery compatible
    
  • Fast support response (phone support w/o call-back a big plus)
    
  • PHP/MySQL (of course)
    
  • Webmail support would be nice
    

  Any other feature(s) would be an added bonus.
  
  I'm looking for responses from people who are actually using such a host (and not otherwise affiliated with the host).
  If you have a recommendation, please include a link to your site(s) running on the host.

  The first site is .SHTML and a UBB but the second is a postnuke/encompass site. Steve Klenert is my contact at DigitalPrinceton and always takes good care of me. I'm not affiliated with them in any way so you don't need to mention me. I have had 5 sites there for a year and have no plans on leaving anytime soon.

  My host has all the features you've specified and more. I currently have two accounts and about ten domains with them — including four PostNuke sites. Response time is fantastic! Check 'em out....

  I use http://phpwebhosting.com for my site MyGeekdom.com and it's $9.95 a month, Unmetered bandwidth, unlimited email addresses, and unlimited space if you can believe that. What they do is give you a block of 125 MB at a time, and if you need more you simply ask for it, and they'll give it to you. They don't let you host pr0n or warez, which is understandable. Currently my site has 716 MB of stuff on it and I'm still just paying $9.95 a month! They're very friendly and quick with customer service. I've never had any downtime. I'm a web designer and I recommend all of my customers to them and not a single customer has been dissapointed. Man... I should get a kickback or something for this review! :) jk.

  Try posting over at http://webhostingtalk.com. Most of the host admins from those posted above hang out there. Some of them are willing to create a customized plan for you.
