  I'm looking to do two things: I would like menus ( generic menus, in the added blocks) to be individually colored ( background and text ) and, also, I would like to be able to have them start out minimized... I was wondering what file(s) I'll need to go into and edit, and/or if there is module/plugin that already does something like this... Thanks in advance for any help...

  ok, i found the file - I think... includes/blocks/menu.php :)
  but i'm still having a bit of trouble figuring out what to edit to do what i want....

  I checked that out before... I don't really want to change the look of the menu's other than possibly starting them minimized and being able to specify a background color for each table ( probably just defining new CSS classes and doing it that way )...
