UpDownload not showing up on Module List

I installed UpDownload, activated it, but it is still not showing up on the available Modules list when I access my site. What am I doing wrong? -

The same thing happened to me. I simply deleted the Updownload folder from my directory structure, and reuploaded a new downloaded version of UpDownload.
Then I went through the normal regenerate/initialise/activate proceedures in the modules section.
