I downloaded some more themes but when I try to use them I get errors and then have to restore mysql database. How do I install new themes?
Thanks.

You upload the theme to the themes directory. You go to settings in your sites admin panel and choose the new theme from the list.
When you find the theme is a Nuke theme, and NOT a PostNuke theme, or you find the theme is just plain garbage and breaks your site, you use this to get back out.

You do NOT restore DB for this.
BTW admins on this site, the tar.gz and zip file links on the news postnuke page are dead.
