I am doing some volunteer work on this site http://www.f-y-i.org/index.php, being new to postnuke I figured it would be a good opportunity to learn and so far it has been (postnuke rocks!)
I started with PostNukeBlue theme and modified it to get to the color schemes they were looking for.
My problem is that in the lower right corner of the page there is a white square that I cannot get rid of. Any ideas?

I think I see this at the bottom of your footer in the code. Not sure how you setup your theme, but you may have an extra table in your footer.

You also have a TD with the background set to white
look for
And change to
That was it, don't know how I missed it, it was in the theme.php footer code. Someone stuck the TD def way out at the end of another set of table definitions..
