the problem happend after installing it.
it looks like the mysql and everything is installed right,
but when i want to open the index.php and look at the installed programm
i get this error message.
maybe it is a problem at my provider, but i dunno please help me cause i want to run the programm.

I *just* installed and from what it looked.. I was about to finish up..
then this came up:

not sure what the heck happened.. could anyone freshen me up on what I could do to repair this?
