adding links to flash header

I'm using a flash header how do I add links to it like log in? I tried : user.php?op=loginscreen&module=NS-User but I get a 404 error. -

This is not really a "core" themes issue, however perhaps links are referenced relative to where the .swf file itself is being loaded from(?).
Try changing the liks referenced in your flash file to absolute references:
