Looking for the syntax to enter into a block item that will allow me to link to a document in the htmlpages table, and therefore display in the center block.

htmlpages syntax for document linking from blocks

Found it. I know a few people including myself have asked about this so...
For htmlpages module, the URL for the block item you want to use as the link to static text would read as:
yoursite/index.php?module=htmlpages&func=display&pid=X,
where X is the pid for the text in your database, in the table nuke_htmlpages.
