Here is the situation. I am integrating a teams feature into pnFlashGames. I want the team leaders from each team to be able to post news for either just their team to read or for the entire site to read. I want a site admin to be able to set aside an area of the site for these news postings. The team leads could be a very dynamic group of users, so the process of making a user able to post these articles needs to be automatic. Also, when a user becomes a normal member or is removied from the team lead position he needs to be able to lose that priveledge automatically as well.
Any suggestions for such a module? It would be great to have a module that would do news postings in the same way that EZComments works, you know?
Anyways, any help here would be very much appreciated as I would gladly not make such a thing from scratch.

Okay, I am thinking of using moodle or aTutor to accomplish this feat. Basically I would make team leads like a teacher in the moodle module. Any feeback on this?
