  Qualifications:
  
  At least 18 years of age or older.
  The ability to be contacted by me directly (phone and email).
  Willing to work with a pre-made template.
  Changing said template to meet my needs. (Photoshop)
  Then converting it into a Postnuke theme.
  And of course tying in, both graphics and interface wise phpBB.
  Will need "custom modules", etc.
  Payment through PayPal or U.S. Personal Check.
