I got this message in my Pagesetter. I followed the Pagesetter manual to add a setting in the permissions, but the groups (readers, editors, publishers, admins) are not among the choices. Please help.

Hmmm - apparently Pagesetter tries to open the common.php script in a way that doesn't work everywhere. That piece of code have worked on all installations I have seen, so - now - what is different on yours?
First of all - did the installation work? Do you have the file modules/pagesetter/common.php?
This problem has nothing to do with permissions. But the groups you are refering to are non-existent/virtual and are simply names that I choosed to express what kind of people can access Pagesetter. You need to define your own instances of those on your system as PostNuke user groups.
If you have not tried that before then please do some studying on that topic first.
