I hope someone here can help. I can't seem to get the Related Links to show up in my AutoTheme Lite Theme. Is there something I'm supposed to be including in the article.html page that I'm just not aware of?
Thanks in advance.

You might try checking the theme.cfg file for the settings to display related links. I am just shooting in the dark because I am not at my machine with my auto theme files. If I remember correctly AutoTheme has a relatedlinks.html file like for all other blocks and its display options are controlled in the theme.cfg file. Anyway, sorry I can't be of more help! Also I am only familiar with.6 so maybe this is different in .7.
Cheers! -

Thanks. There does seem to be something about the theme.cfg. But the only one of the AT-Lite themes that had anything about related_links in it was the one called "AutoTheme". When I tried to copy some of the attributes and files from that one into my AT-XP theme, things just didn't seem to work right. Lost my main menu, etc.
I think I need to be told more specifically how this .cfg file works and what I'm supposed to be looking at. I really don't know PHP, although I know enough to get myself into lots of trouble :?
Any ideas? In the meantime, I'll keep futzing around with it and see what I can figure out on my own.
Thanks.

Well, I'm still stumped. And I can't seem to get any help at the Spidean site either. Does anyone know how to make this work? I really need these "Related Links" to show up!
Anyone? I'd sure appreciate it!

Hi again,
Still no luck getting the "Related Links" to show up in my AutoTheme layout. I haven't been able to figure out how to set the .cfg file up to make it work.
In desperation I tried to set up Xanthia on my site. Finally had to uninstall the whole thing because it crashed my site and PostCalendar (which is very important). So Xanthia isn't an option right now for me. Perhaps at a later date.
I need help for this! Anyone? Pretty please? With cherries on top?

Yup. That was already set to YES.
Interestingly, I finally got it fixed. I was up and bleary-eyed till after 2am, but I finally got it working and I'm thrilled. To be honest, I'm not absolutely certain of all the steps I took to fix the issue, but I do know that I did something quite obvious if I had really thought things through - I created a separate template for the news pages. But even then, for awhile, the Related Links weren't showing up. For some reason my template had two calls - one for right-blocks and one for related-links. Once I removed the call to right-blocks the related links showed up just fine. Strange how the smallest little thing can wreck havoc on the best laid plans! In any case, I'm a happy camper now.
I also made some small modifications to the article file. My "related links" are items that are still on the same website - in most cases they'll be like links to the cast list, pictures from the show, etc. That sort of thing. So I didn't want these links opening up in a separate browser window. I also didn't want the automatic link created to other articles by the author. Commented those items out and everything is hunky dory. You can take a look here: http://www.lyricoper…ead&order=0&thold=0
There are some other things I'd like to figure out how to do. My links in the actual cast list don't work right now since they're from a previous incarnation of the site. But I'm working on having someone develop a module for this feature anyway. Hopefully that'll happen in the next couple of weeks.
Thanks for all the suggestions!!!
