Xclan block - help setting it up

hi, ive just created my first postnuke site so plz consider me as a noob, the site is http://members.lycos.co.uk/sgwclan/html/index.php if u are interested. anyway i want to ise the XCLAN block but i cant figure out how to set it up, i uploaded the block to the modules folder on the website but i cant seen to find it in the admin blocks menu to activate it, could someone plz tell me how u install the xclan block many tanks in advance
