Your site is confusing. The name, including the domain name, suggests a Las Vegas escort service. The description says it is about computer and networking solutions. The content is about astronomy.
I'd say you need to make up your mind what the site is about and make requisite changes.
It almost fits in 800x600, which is good. The tiny bit that is cut off is hardly worth mentioning. The contrast in the background color for topics (like Facts and Astro Image) is so minimal as to be practically non existent, I think you need to increase the contrast.
Tthe text on the navigation buttons is illegible unless one uses a magnifying glass (or a telescope). The small size and the outline font do not make for legibility
I personally don't care for things like "welcome IP connection". I just don't see the point of having them and think they detract from sites.
Unless you tell people the significance of December 3, that countdown is meaningless.
Keep on tweaking.
