The theme is made with AutoTheme 1.7. I'd like to thank Shawn for producing such a wonderful product. Worth every penny!!! You can customize every block. Then you can customize every module with whatever blocks you want to display and where to display them...
Yes we are pretty experienced in design, but we needed that control orelse longislandguide.com would have never been using postnuke...
It was also a good testing for bandwidth on our servers... Seems like postnuke can handle over 30,000 pageviews a day without bogging down with memory leaks. Nice job postnuke and AutoTheme.
Thanks again Shawn!

I agree with everyone, nice site and it's a great example of what can be done with PN.
Lonny, I'd also like to invite you to write an article discussing your experience and how you built the site, i.e., a case study/how to .... I'm sure there are many users that could benefit from your knowledge and experiences. :)
BTW: Nice to see you again Jim....Armorama has always been a favorite of mine with respect to breaking the traditional 3 column pnDesign mold.

Hi Vworld and Jim,
I would love to write an article about the development of the LongIslandGuide.com. We started the site in 1998. It's been the pet project. ok, So where would this article be published? On Postnuke's main site? Looks like Shawn the creator of Auto Theme will be kissing my butt for all the mentions I will give him... LOL... We are going tomorrow to promote it.. Wish us luck..... Into the abyss - the real world...
Best regards,

Hi Lonny,
Yes, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. The article could be published on the main PN site then it would be syndicated throughout the world
.
Good luck on the site.....
