  • Anyone know which eCommerce Module this site is using?

  • That,s a very neat site - content included. However I am not sure it is even a PN site. Unless they are using Short URL's? As for which E-Commerce module - same thing, maybe go through the purhcasing process and you might get some ideas there.

Or what about sending them an email?
  • Well, it *could* be OSCommerce with short URLs installed. At the very least, I know OSCommerce could be configured to look and run very much, if not exactly, like this site. Check it out...it's opensource as well, and I've really loved working with it for several other sites...http://www.oscommerce.com

  • What did you do to install osCommerce with PostNuke? Do I just install it per the osCommerce instructions? Will it run under PostNuke .726?

I would appreciate any help you can provide.
  • I'm not sure what one would do to make it work under PostNuke, but I have seen a module somewhere for OSCommerce used in conjunction with PN, I'm just not sure where icon_redface Sorry.

OSCommerce is a standalone, open-source, very robust ecommerce program. It doesn't have "modules" to enhance functionality like PostNuke does - more like "contributions" where you do have to edit a lot of the source code to make things work. So in that respect it's not as well laid out as PostNuke is. But I've been very happy with the program and if you find the module I'd mentioned I'd be very happy to hear how well it does integrate with PostNuke.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

  • See this discussion wherein someone accomplished partial integration of PN and osCommerce.

That site referenced above is not a PN site. It looks like an in house coding job and not a CMS at all.
