Content Express basically helps add a content management focus to PN that would otherwise be a bit lacking.
There are three main sections to it, menu, content and media management.
The Menu section allows you to build your own menublocks, with subnavigation. There's a lot of flexibility in the construction of your menus with CE, including the ability to have images as menuitems and rollovers.
The content section allows you to input content with a reasonably easy-to-understand UI for publishing that content. If you're on windows, it also has a WYSIWYG editor embedded - but I haven't seen it.
The best thing to do is to download the module, then find their pdf user-guide which is EXTREMELY useful.
