  There are two folders that you need to install AutoTheme for postnuke. How/Where do I upload these folders? Do I have to merge the folders?

  That really should be pretty obvious looking at it. Upload them to your root PostNuke install. The nessecary files will go where the should.

  Just unzip both to your PostNuke root dir or unzip them locally into the same location and FTP upload the new stuff to your PostNuke root dir.
