I am interested in creating polls for specific areas of my site. I was thinking I could use categories to separate the content, but I do not see a category choice for setting up a poll. To date, I have been able to post several polls with success by creating new blocks.

As an example of what I want to do, say this is a computer portal. I want to show a poll about using webcams in the Video portion of the site, a poll about zip drives in the media storage area and a poll about HTML editors in software. I only want to see those specific polls in those specific areas of the site.

Is this possible?

Any information people have to share is great. Specifics and resources are always helpful.

i think portalzine have a block which allows you to add a poll to each article.
