I installed WebChat to my PN site but I have nothing but problems. When I try to access the WebChat Module I get the page, "Sorry, You can't access this page directly". I followed the install instructions to the 'T'. I even went to the home page for Neo who offers WebChat and when I try to access their forum I get the same message.
Question 1... Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to correct it?
Question 2... Does anyone know of a good chat program I can use instead of WebChat?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
I have just installed WebChat V 0.65 to see. Ok no problems. You must create a link in your main menu like so [NS-WebChat]
Then click that link and an auto install script will run like a breaze!!!
Let me know how you get on. -

I found a bug fix at http://mods.postnuke.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=1451
I installed it and I am now able to click on the WebChat Module without getting the "Sorry" error.
I made the link in the main menu as you said. When I click on it, I go to I guess what is the chat room listings where one chat room is already created.... General ..... I did not see any auto install script and when I go to the WebChat Administration and look at the configuration, the database name and username and password are the same as they were with the original downloaded WebChat program.
Should I see some kind of auto install taking place? -

I do see the chat rooms but now the problem is that when I click on a chat room, nothing happens, excpt my username being placed in the Occupants area.
I will continue working on it. I have no idea what the problem is.
