I want to use the theme employed on postnuke.com, specifically the blue one on news.postnuke.com ...what's it called and where do I download it?

My friend who does the PHP is unfortunately already busy enough... could you please direct me to a theme that is very similar to it that is available? It's really the best organized theme out there I think, I need something simple/elegant, well-organized like it.

there is a theme set called Sowelu that resemble the postnuke/portalzine theme. I'm not at home so i don't have the URL.
