warrick, if you spent some time dwelling on your allegation you would perhaps figure out that what you are trying to claim is just not true as it is not possible to act like this with Paypal always being on the side of buyers rather than sellers...
Our product works very well thank you and which is why it's the most widely used commercial e-Commerce solution for Postnuke and MD-Pro without any disatisfied clients.
This cannot be said for you or your so-called themes which are not your creation are they mate, so does this make you dishonest?

By the goodness of the postnuke gods I suppose. ROFL.
Nice try though - sidestepping the fact that you ignore demands for refunds from those people that trusted you only to find that your product doesn't work. Even lobos told me the other day that he had to scrap your ecommerce solution because it stopped working.
Sorry I don't remember ever saying this, I did at one time have issues with pnMerchant (the first version of CMSmerchant), but this was resolved to my satisfaction. At the time I was having troubles I did become very upset and may have vented a bit to certain people. This was very premature of me as everything was resolved to my satisfaction in the end.
I cannot say for sure whether I said anything about pnMerchant or not, but if I did I fully take it all back and appologise to all parties concerned as anything I may have said was said in haste and without any pre-meditation on my part. I do not at this time have any issues with the CMSmerchant software.
