In post nuke there is an option in settings to include your site "slogan", this slogan is also entered into the meta content description. You can see this by viewing the source of www.postnuke.com or your own PN site. It will have the slogan as the meta description. (I think this site has random descriptions)
This may not be a bug but I do not think it is correct. I suggest that in the next version of PN there is a new box to allow us to write our own meta description.
