After succesfully installing .7.14 and .7.21 on my own ISPs server and creating a clients web site I have tried installing PN on the clients server and get this thrown back at me.

On opening install.php i get

'Warning: Cannot set time limit in safe mode in /home/eventus/www.eventus.org.uk/html/install.php on line 42

Parse error: parse error, expecting `T_STRING' or `T_VARIABLE' or `T_NUM_STRING' in /home/eventus/www.eventus.org.uk/html/install/modify_config.php on line 141

at the top of the page. Since the DB is setup the install procedure continues and the fields are created and populated. But at the end after populating the last few fields I get

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: update_config_php() in /home/eventus/www.eventus.org.uk/html/install.php on line 110

The SQL ver is 3.23 and the PHP is 4.0.2. I haven't been able to check if the server is Win or Linux but will do so tomorrow.

Anyone see this? TIA

It seems that all that was needed was to change the CHMOD of modify-config.php to 666, same as the main config.php file.
