have a look at:
12. Are there any forum modules included with PostNuke? What forum modules are available for PostNuke?
There are no forum modules included with the distribution of PostNuke, however there are a number of third party forums available for use with PostNuke; these are outlined below.
PNphpBB: This is a feature rich board, based on the stand-alone phpBB2. This forum is used at http://forums.postnuke.com.
XForum: This forum has less features, and is simple to use. It includes the key aspects of the phpBB forums in an original forum.
phpbb_14: This forum is based on an earlier version of phpBB than PNphpBB. It achieves the best level of integration with PostNuke of all the forums, and is also feature-light.

Ahh..Thanks guys, I managed to bring the forum up, but leads to another problem. How do I manage the login of PostNuke and the forum? It seems that my users need to login separately, any clue of how integrate both? Thanks very much!

If you are using PNphpBB then users are registered to both at the same time - but for them to appear on the forum membership list they must first visit the forum's index page.
