  PostNuke Project: (Contract Work For Hire)
  
  I am looking to have a clean, and simple custom design created around PostNuke that will reflect my branding. The design and layout should not be "overwhelming and busy", and should allow for simple end-user navigation to key areas of the site.
  
  Details:
  
  1. PostNuke Theme and icon Design and Layout Customization
  2. System Configuration
  3. Module/Block setup
  a. OpenRealty (property listings mod)
  b. Banner Ad System (an enhanced banner ad system)
  c. Content Express (used for easy content manipulation)
  D. PostCalender (calender mod)
  E. PostPal MultiMembership (allows the charging of customers for special access to certain areas of the site by using PayPal's subscription service)
  
  Preference and award of the project will go to those that are PostNuke enthusiast with actual hands on experience with the modules mentioned, or have researched these modules and have confidence in their implementations. Must be able to show previous work with PN.
