Installing Nuclei Blocks

I'm trying to install Nuclei blocks on my site but not sure if I do it right. IT says that i should replace all the files with the nuclei files and so far so good... After that I thought I should go into Admin - Modules and update the Blocks module but no upgrade option available. When trying to use a nuclei enabled theme (wvCyborg) i still only have: Left, Center and Right as placement options. So I've must have missed something but the question is... What have I missed..?
