  I have a pnESP with over 9000 submits and cannot download the CSV file that pnesp produces. Can anyone help with this?
  
  I have created a mySQL dump file from data - does anyone know how to get this into a EXCEL spreadsheet
  
  or
  
  any help on getting pnESP to work correctly would be great!!!

  what version are you using? what exactly is your problem? is the link not working? 'download' or 'export'?

  The problem I am having is :
  after clicking the export to CSV link >>>
  
  I choose my survey that needs to be downloaded from the list - after that - things seem to be going fine when I select the download link after a few minutes I get the "page cannot be found" ERROR
  
  when I select the CSV link for that particluar survey I get Error exporting survey as: /Poll_copy4.csv
  
  Thats basically it - I can download all other surveys - they are not so big though - So I assume it is because of it's size.
  
  I use version 1.12 I believe - ANY IDEAS
