  I was wondering if anyone is avalible for paid site development services, or can recommend someone that can design a site based on PostNuke. The project would entail design of a custom PostNuke template, as well as integration of search friendly urls. We would also need someone that can either integrate ubbthreads into PostNuke, or that has the ability to import a very large ubbthreads database into PNphpbb2. We are looking to undertake this project immediately, with a target completion date in the 60-90 day range. Sooner if possible.

  Search friendly urls are a must.
  
  Site requires use of add banner management software. (postnukes default appears to meet our needs as long as we can determine what adds are served in which section of the site. Including a forum by forum basis)
  
  Integrated IRC chat required.
  
  The site will have a large knowledge base with very extensive catagory sorting required. This will be used to provide technical information. User submission of content with admin approval will be necessary.
  
  We also require events calander with user submissions for approval before being published.
  
  There will be a product review section. We would like the ability to rate the usefullness of the reviews, and add comments.
  
  User submitted photo gallery.
  
  Aside from this wish list...we are looking for any other "user enhancments" that will make the site interactive for the user with the goal of increasing average visit length for our members.

  You should try http://www.scriptlance.com They have a bunch of postnuke programmers available for hire. Make sure you have a clear vision of what the site will be and write down all your requirment docs before you submit.
