How can i make another Submit page for my page?
And:
Can a make new permissions because i want that unregistered users only can see the homepage. There is an option that they only can see the homepage but they can't see the register and log in option than?

2. Yes you can - but if you take away to permissions to show the login-box to not-logged-ins nobody will every be able to log in unless he knows that it's possible via user.php

1. I mean I have now a submit_news page. Now i want another submit page where you can post your top 5 of the week. So, I need an submit page for your top5.
2 I need a permission to allow unregistered users to See the homepage and login and register. As long as they aren't registered they can't see other pages.
