Ratings module is not being initialized

I try to initialize the Rating module but it comes back as not initialized.
There is no feedback message to tell me what the problem is.

Any idea why???

try to deactivate and remove the module. check your database for nuke_ratings and nuke_ratingslog table - if still there remove them manually. initialize and activate the module again.
