  I need to do something like a corporate structure. President, VP's, managers, grunts, who is under who, slots available in the corporate structure.
  
  Something like http://smiatek.com with the ability to add hierarchical relations would be great. It doesn't need to interface with users, I just need some kind of relational DB.
  
  There are tons of custom database thingies out there. But I'm having a hard time finding anything that does hierarchical relations, or any relational DB for that matter. I wouldn't consider hierarchical relations to be something terribly original, and I would assume needed everywhere. But I can't find it. I seem to be faced with the possibility that I'll just program the module from scratch (with the relations simply hard-wired. This needs to be DONE.).
  
  The ability to export to a CSV file would be a tripple-plus
