The new forums. phpbb2 pn mod?

The new forums are phpbb, but are they the phpbb2 PN mod? if they are why no linkage to them at the botton, why just to phpbb???? also if it is just phpbb how did you sync the user DB with the site? (because iam intrested) -

I think they plan to post details on how this forum was done later on. The site that littlehouse provided a link to uses iframes and is not what was used here. -

I'm in the middle of testing the Dan Boss implementation as well as the phpBB2pnmod version. Both have issues that need to be resolved, though they are both very close.
This particular implementation seems to have solved the issues I'm having. Can someone at least give us some sort of timeframe for when we might be able to get the information? -

Hi everyone,
I don't want to sound like a "gimme gimme gimme" kiddie, but I really would like to have some info on this implantation and a possible release date. I tried the other projects, but this implantation looks like just what I need.
