  I have been serching and serching for a theme with left side navigation buttons...No text links....I dont need that much content for my site..All i am looking for is something with 7 or 8 buttons....Or one that you can add more or take away a couple would be great.....
  
  Also i am looking for a review module with advance search criterias...And an add review with the same advanced add options....
  
  Any help would be appreciated

  I bought a couple of inexpensive themes from http://www.pixelmayhem.com a while ago, but they may not be in business any more.
