The department I work in at my company has asked me to make a training site for the system call the Plant Information System.
PIS as it is called is chock full of information in the form of pictures, text and video. Unfortunately, the site is missing online testing. New employees come here and are supposed to take the tests on paper, the "old fashioned way". So I said, lets do an online testing thing.
We have a board meeting coming up on august 6th, and our department gets 10 minutes to talk about what we have been up to. I have taken it upon myself to create this testing portion of the website.
My question is: Is there a module or a script anywhere that I can incorporate into PostNuke that would allow a user to login to the site, the take a test in their department. The test would be entirely multiple choice. When they are done, they then get to submit their test. A few seconds later, their test has been graded and they are shown their scores as well as what they got right and what they got wrong. Then.. when they got something wrong, it points it out and provides information as to where the user can go to find the information which conicides with the test?
Or, if this doesn't exist. Could someone help me make something like this within the next week?
If you can help me out, contact me on AIM @ xjumper84 or e-mail at nick@ethereallan.com
as of the time I posted this. http://ethereallan.com/test is as far as i have gotten.
thanks.
~ Nick

pnESP doesn't support quizzes/exam in it's current version. These features will come with 1.1 in some weeks.
pnesp can be found on pnesp.sf.net. Take the RC2 coming out at the weekend to get a feeling what pnESP is able to do for you.

I have your answer but it may be too late or maybe you have already found it. vQuiz. Its a Postnuke Module and gives you multiple choise questions and you can put text to show for each answer they submit. What I mean if they submit A as the answer, and the answer is B, you can make it show when they submit the A that the answer is wrong and the correct one is B and you can find out why here (give a link or tell them right then). Do a search on it and you can understand it more from its designers site. I hope this is still helpful to you. (It works great for my site.)
